关于vistorVTL软件在linux下安装的问题

大家好！我在使用vistorVTL软件的时候，按照流程在linux安装后，不是出现教程中如下配置完成信息：
running script /usr/cofio/vistor/src/MakeScript
Installing SCSI driver module ...
Installing ViStor Virtual Tape Library module ...
Created group 'cofio'
Created user 'cofio'
ViStor Software installation has completed successfully
The ViStor web server has been started and to run the
ViStor user interface, direct a web browser to <this machine ip address>:5050
而是出现了如下报错信息：
Installing ViStor Virtual Tape Library module ...
chown: `cofio:cofio': invalid user
chown: `cofio:cofio': invalid user
Failed to set cofio file ownership
Failed to change ViStor file ownerships
Failed to install ViStor user interface
